- Starting times must be booked through the Hotel and the confirmation is on “first come, first served“ basis and are always subject to the courses availability;
- Transportation Hotel/ Golf courses/ Hotel is not included;
- This golf package is not cumulative with any other package, discount or offer;
- Minimum stay 3 nights; The 3, 5 or 7 nights packages can be combined;
- Extra nights and rounds of golf will be booked accordingly to the above informed rates;
- Half-board supplement is 31.50€ per person per day (children >= 3 -12 <= yrs have 50% discount on HB supplement and babies 0-2 <= are free of charge).

Payment policy
- The Hotel requires the full payment of the whole stay/ package until a maximum of 3 weeks before arrival;
- Any extra costs incurred during the stay should be paid when checking out;
- The payment can be done either by credit card or by bank transfer;
- Information required for payment by credit card: credit card number, holder’s name, expiry date and a written authorisation from the card’s holder allowing the Hotel to charge the agreed amount;

Cancellation policy
- Should the guest fail to arrive on the arrival day, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the equivalent of the whole stay/ package;
- Should the guest cancel the reservation less then 3 weeks before the arrival day, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the equivalent of the whole stay/ package in Seasons B and C; in Season A, when possible, both the amount and the cancellation period may be adjusted;
- This policy is only applicable if we are unable to re-sell your reserved accommodation.
